Ordering

Orders placed through BarstuffDirect.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout before payment.

Payment

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards together with PayPal.

Delivery

Orders received before 12 noon UK time (Monday to Friday) are normally despatched the same working day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, together with photographs of the damaged product and its packaging, to support your claim.

If you believe your product has developed a fault, please contact us with your order number (or other proof of purchase) and details of the issue. We may request photographs or further information to help us assess the claim before arranging a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
