of Sale
These terms and conditions are made between us, Jeray (Sales) Limited, (Jeray), and you, the "customer" in respect of
purchases of goods from the barstuffdirect (www.barstuffdirect.co.uk
and www.barstuff.eu) websites.
You must agree to these Terms and conditions before you place an
order with us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Your Satisfaction
Jeray are completely dedicated to your total
satisfaction. If you have any suggestions, comments or complaints

Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 9JQ.
We will acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days (usually
much sooner) and work towards a speedy resolution to your best
satisfaction, dealing with your complaint confidentially and keeping
you fully informed at all times.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online
catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them
into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection,
click on "go to payments" in the shopping cart and you will be asked
for the remaining details that we need to be able to satisfy your
order.
You can pay by credit/debit card. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Solo. You may send your credit
card information via phone, fax, or snail mail if you prefer not to
use our secure online payment system. If your credit card or debit
card is not authorized or declined, we will not process your order.
1.Purchase orders for goods.
1.1 Each purchase order from Jeray shall be deemed to incorporate
these terms and conditions.
1.3 The display of products on barstuffdirect website
constitutes an invitation to trade and not a formal offer.
1.4 An offer will be made by the Customer on the completion of the
purchase process contemplated in the ordering process set out in
these pages.
1.5 An offer is only accepted by Jeray and Jeray only agrees to be
contractually bound when Jeray despatches a confirmation of order to
your e-mail address/postal address/fax number following receipt of
payment, depending on the method of ordering adopted.
1.6 Goods are sold subject to availability and, in relation to
certain specific goods, there are geographical restrictions.
1.7 Jeray reserves the right to alter the specification of the goods
insofar as the performance of such goods is not materially altered.
2. Prices and payment
2.1 In addition to the list price of goods, Jeray reserves the right
to make an extra charge for deliveries, the price of which will be
calculated, communicated to and agreed with the customer prior to
despatch.
2.2 Ownership of a good shall not pass until cash to clear funds for
the full price has been received by Jeray until it has passed to the
customer, the customer shall act as bailee of the goods for Jeray
and, at so far as reasonably practicable shall store the goods so
that they are readily identifiable as the property of Jeray
2.3 Jeray reserves the right to refuse and cancel an account and /or
delivery at any time prior to receipt of payment from the Customer.
Jeray also reserves the right to cancel an account and /or delivery
when it can be reasonably demonstrated by Jeray that a credit card
payment by the Customer is fraudulent.
2.4 Prices for goods are exclusive of UK Value Added Tax and other
relevant sales tax unless otherwise indicated in the ordering
process.
3. Delivery Schedule
3.1 Delivery shall be deemed to take place on the date of the first
attempt at delivery to the customer's premises or other place
specified for delivery. All goods must be signed for by an adult
aged over 18 years or over on delivery, if no-one is at the address
when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the
driver.
3.2 Working days are Monday to Friday excluding any UK Bank or
public holidays.
3.3 Each order or each installment of an order shall constitute a
separate contract.
4. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will back
order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.
5. Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from
the day after you receive the goods, i.e. you have effectively 8
working days after receipt of the goods to cancel your order should
you wish to do so. All goods must be in perfect resaleable condition
and be returned by recorded delivery to Jeray, together with an RMA
number issued by us, return postage and carriage must be paid by
you, if you do not return the goods within 7 working days from the
point of your cancellation we will arrange to have the cancelled
goods collected from you and the cost of doing so will be deducted
from your refund. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of your
cancellation.
6. Credit Card Security
We take credit card security very seriously and employ the maximum
possible measures on this site. All credit card transactions are
dealt with by secure, online transaction systems. Your card details
are encrypted on a secure server. It is practically impossible for
your card details to be obtained by another party. If you have any

7. Guarantees and Liability
Everything sold on barstuffdirect websites is covered by a
manufacturer's guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with any
product you purchased from us, simply return it to us within 14
days, unused as new and we will replace the product. If you
return an unwanted gift we will issue you with a credit note.
7.1 Goods sold by barstuffdirect websites are sold with guarantee
that they will be free of defects in material or workmanship at
delivery and, provided they are used in the proper way, for the
relevant period from delivery as indicated at the point of ordering.
7.2 Jeray accepts no liability for defects in goods resulting from
customer designs or requirements, or arising from wear and tear,
willful damage, negligence or misuse.
7.3 Information on barstuffdirect websites may contain inaccuracies
or typographical errors. Information and product specifications,
including information relating to price and availability may be
changed or updated without notice. No guarantee is given that the
information accessible via barstuffdirect websites is accurate,
complete or current. Where a discrepancy on price or product
description is discovered prior to entering into a contract with the
Customer, Jeray will notify the Customer and communicate the correct
price and or description and request the Customer proceed with their
order based on the new information. barstuffdirect websites may be
temporarily unavailable from time to time. Nothing on
barstuffdirect websites shall be construed as a warranty or
representation.
7.4 Except as otherwise stated in these terms, Jeray entire liability
in respect of a particular good that has passed into the ownership
of a customer and the customer' remedies shall be limited to, at
Jeray’s option and in accordance with its returns policy from time to
time, a credit note in respect of the amount paid by the customer to
Jeray for such good; or the replacement or repair of the good by
Jeray;
or a refund where the good has been returned within a reasonable
time. All customers shall be entitled to a full refund where they
have properly rejected a faulty good within a reasonable time. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
7.5 Nothing in these terms shall limit
or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, but except as
otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, all conditions,
warranties, terms and undertakings express or implied or otherwise,
are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your
statutory rights as a consumer are not limited or excluded in any
way.
7.6 Jeray shall have no liability to the customer for indirect or
consequential loss except if it is a loss, which could reasonably be
supposed to have been within the contemplation of Jeray and the
Customer, at the time of the contract, as the probable result of any
breach.
